Because each brand we stock has its own warranty, refund and return procedures, customers must refer to the manufacturer’s refund and returns policy for the specific brand of bike they purchase. These policies set out the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds, including timeframes, conditions, and eligibility criteria.

Please note:

Refunds and returns cannot be processed directly by J’aimebike unless explicitly stated in the manufacturer’s policy.

All bikes must be returned in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, including packaging, condition, and proof of purchase requirements.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
